19990327: This is my first update in my page since it's up. Before this, I visited the web page of Brian Baquiran (an officemate) and I felt "nakakaingit". And read one of his page regarding a question that is something like incrementing a stringed number in base62. although there was already a solution but not in C language. And so, I made my own solution in C language named base.c.
